QUALITY PRINT vs. ORIGINAL PAINTING
Quality Prints are high-quality art prints on museum-quality fine art paper, produced to order.
Original Paintings are hand-painted unique pieces on canvas. Each work is one-of-a-kind; slight differences in texture and paint application are characteristic and part of the original.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Your Quality Print will be produced upon receipt of your order and then shipped.
Delivery time is usually:
- Germany: approx. 3–4 business days
- Europe: approx. 5–7 business days
- Outside Europe: depending on the destination country, usually 1–3 weeks
In individual cases, slight delays may occur due to production.
Original Paintings are unique pieces and will be shipped upon receipt of your order. The specific delivery time can be found in the respective product description.

TRACKING
Yes. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.
RETURNS
Original Paintings:
You can revoke and return an original painting within 14 days of receipt. You can find the exact conditions in the cancellation policy.
Quality Prints:
Since Quality Prints are produced specifically to order, a return or cancellation after delivery is not possible.
Exception:
Should your print arrive damaged or have a quality defect, please contact me immediately. In this case, I will of course offer a replacement or a refund.
